Simple Kitchen Storage - On the Cheap!

Back to the kitchen.

I've been working on trying to tame the clutter in the kitchen again. This time I am tackling all those little things that there just isn't a great place for. You know: corn cob holders, tiny cookie cutters, measuring spoons, etc.

1. I stocked up on empty baby food snack containers.

2. I covered the cans with plain cream scrapbook paper and glue.

3. I hot glued tiny clothes pins near the top of each can so I would be able to change out the labels on the cans.

4. I made little "name tages" from scrapbook paper (that can be changed out without a problem later!)

Well, what do you think?

I thinkthey are so cute! :) (And practical)

I love those. My daughter goes through 2 cans of crunchies and week and I've been collecting the cans too for re-purposing! I also reused formula cans to make centerpieces for my daughter's birthday party this past weekend!
Happy Crafting!

This is a great idea. I love finding new ways to use things that might otherwise get thrown out.

I would love to have you link this to my Fix It Up Friday link party.

Love the idea! I love to use upcycle items instead of throwing them away.

I upcycled a empty soda case the other day and posted it on my blog.
